Bison is a tool for speed and safety modelling. It helps translate train characteristics into braking curves and subsequently into operational deceleration. Although it has some output presentations of its own, its results are mostly used to feed other tools (Vache, Veau) with necessary parameters on safety distances and service-brake deceleration.
